• Will be responsible for the Sales target for the branch for retails business.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of tele callers ,sales professionals and support staff .
• Provide guidance, coaching, training to them to ensure the team meets or exceeds targets
• execute strategic plans of the organization  to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Act as a point of contact for major clients, addressing concerns, and proactively seeking opportunities to cross sell or upsell
• ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability of the team
• Develop and implement city-specific strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualification & Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in any esteem.
• Proven experience in a life or health insurance sales & leadership role.
• knowledge of life and Health insurance products.
• Strong sales, Team Leading skills & training skills .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Candidate will be responsible for customer interaction to identify needs and offer targeted solutions with a differentiated product mix.
• Candidate should be able to establish sales objectives and ensure the achievement of defined sales targets, profitable growth and expansion of company offerings.
• Candidate should have good contacts and strong relationships for fruitful networking
• Candidate should have the best sources or network for getting first hand updates and information for any upcoming projects.

• The candidate should have knowledge of managing IT policy and infrastructure
• The candidate will be responsible for identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
• The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing IT policies and best practices for the organisation and conducting regular system audits
• The candidate should be able to manage and report on the IT budget allocation as well as provide direction to IT team members
• The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and determining time frames for major IT projects, including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.
• The candidate should be able to manage all branches’ networking.
• Experience working with identity access management, Security Information & Event Management, Mobile Device Management, anti-virus management, Endpoint management and data leakage protection is preferable.
